Flexible Metal Hoses

We offer a wide range of all-metallic flexible metal hose assemblies designed to withstand high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-vibration environments. With diameters ranging from ¼” to 10” ID, our hose assemblies are made from formed bellows, braid wire, and machined fittings, with options for Stainles, Inconel and Titanium braid wire.

Tubes and Ducts

We design and manufactur high-quality Duct and Tube assemblies used in various applications, including Environmental Control, Bleed Air, Fuel, Hydraulic, and Exhaust systems. Our assemblies are made from radiographic standard tubes and feature industry-leading flexible joints, ensuring excellent performance under varying pressure and temperature conditions. We offer complete systems, single and dual wall integration, and customizable insulation to meet any required specifications.

Bellows

We manufacture custom-designed bellows for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-vibration air and fluid transfer. These bellows are integrated into various applications, such as braded metallic hose assemblies, flexible joints, and tube and duct assemblies. With sizes ranging from ¼” to 36” ID and materials including Stainless Steel, Inconel, Titanium, and Aluminum, our bellows are trusted in challenging space, military, and commercial aerospace applications as a result of our industry-leading design and manufacturing expertise.

Sheet Metal Assemblies 

We offer a range of sheet metal assemblies, including accumulators, light aircraft structural pieces, drain and vent system components, delivery tubes, collector pans, and enclosures that incorporate tube and duct products. Our creative modeling techniques enable us to develop solutions for challenging applications, optimizing cost and weight. With in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, including forming, bending, welding, and machining, we can meet customer requirements beyond hose, bellow, and tube/duct products when needed.
